  Chicken Margot
 

Judith Donnelley, a client gave me one of her favorite quick and easy recipes.  This recipe comes from her Aunt Betty of South Bend, Indiana.   The sauce is good served  over rice.   ENJOY!!!

 

  • 6oz. Jar of apricot jam or preserves
  • 1 pkg. Dry onion soup
  • 1 8oz. Bottle of Russian dressing
  • 3 lbs of boneless chicken breasts
  •  

Combine the ingredients and pour over chicken in shallow baking dish.  Bake 1 ½ hr. at 350.  Cover if browning too quickly.  Serves 6-8
