Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie

1 egg
1 c. sugar

2 T. flour

1 tsp vanilla

3 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2" pieces

1 pt. fresh strawberries,sliced

In a bowl beat egg,beat in sugar, flour and vanilaa. Gently fold in fruit. Pour into a 9" pie crust and top with crust. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 and bake for 35 minutes longer. Enjoy this delicious pie...
